Sweeping the awards, our playful public Denman Village Prospect Amenities has won the National Small Project Architecture Prize.

Produced in collaboration with Capital Estate Developments and Spiire, the Denman Village Prospect Amenities are a true celebration of excellent, high-quality design in the everyday.

Referential and charming, the toilet block takes cues from Canberra’s signature Clem Cummings bus stops.

“The expressive upturned concrete roofs, bright-blue steel framing and whimsical circular openings transform a basic amenity into a memorable and uplifting landmark." 2025 National Jury.
