Jonathon recently completed his Masters degree at the University of Technology, Sydney. He comes to Carter Williamson with several years of experience working with McGregor Westlake Architecture on a number of projects, ranging from public art to residential renovations and multi-residential schemes.
Jonathon believes in the importance of placing emphasis on the public in architecture; from the social services of affordable housing to the responsibility and spatial implications of framing the public domain. He also brings with him a love of minute detail and firmly believes that good design is from ‘the spoon to the city’. He is a believer in the power of the architect as a social engineer in all facets and at all scales.
