2020 NSW Architecture Awards

We are proud to announce that Woodcroft Neighbourhood Centre and Concrete Blonde have both been shortlisted in the 2020 NSW Architecture Awards.

Woodcroft Neighbourhood Centre is a hub for the culturally diverse community of Western Sydney, and has been shortlisted in three categories; Interior Architecture, Colourbond Award for Steel Architecture and Public Architecture. It takes the place of the previous centre which was burnt to the ground, with the peaks and troughs of the signature serpentine roof reflecting both the program of spaces that sit below and the surrounding natural landscape.

Concrete Blonde is an updated heritage cottage in Annandale, and has been shortlisted in the Interior Architecture category. The new addition to the rear of the cottage showcases the honesty and warmth of concrete as a raw material, alongside custom timber joinery and exposed blonde brick walls.
