Green House Sale Sets New Record for Rozelle

Green House, designed by Carterwilliamson Architects, sold on the weekend for a record price in Rozelle. Demonstrating that good development with good architecture is worth it.

Lucy Macken wrote on Domain In Rozelle, a recently completed house on Hartley Street, known as the Green House, has also topped the suburb high of $3.25 million with an off-market sale at $4 million.

The Carter Williamson Architects-designed property was commissioned by property investor Owen Ow and his wife, florist Elaine Chew.
